3.1 We will ship your order 1 business day after your purchase if we have the products in stock. You will receive a track and trace code in your mailbox the day we deliver the package to the postal service Through this way the package can be traced. If we do not have the product in stock the shipping time takes 10 to 14 working days. We use this duration of delivery time because we strive for perfection of products and services provided.

Due to hygiene measures, we do not accept returns. This also applies to customized products and products on sale.
